Probably the same way that windows doesn't like you naming any folder 'con'.

Seriously, try renaming a folder con in windows

hey my windows didnt like that too !! lol ! any other secret words ?

btw there is a patch for worms armageddon but its not quite effective and the game is unpredictable. Better you try to play it on Windows98

Found update 4 it. form wormsarmageddon.team17.com i've downloaded the 3.05 patch. This enables you to run the game in XP and 2k

yeah!!!
But there is a problem: "insert the cd..."
oh, sh^t
next i've downladed and installed form the same site the 3.6 patch (it is necesary that u install the 1st one)
same probel: "cd please"

after I updated it, I searched for a no cd cr^k, with little luck, but I found it.

and with this crack (4 3.6 version, so the update is needed) the game WORKS!!!
It's super, download the updates, and I can send u the no cd exe.
I like this game, it's so fun. Little number of games remain good ones, that last 4 long, and this is one of them.
