I was moments away from getting a brand new one off eBay and then I decided I'd miss having a decent camera phone so got an S700 instead.
If you don't mind having a less than adequate camera then get it, it can do virtually everything else!

If you want a smart phone I suggest you wait till Q4 because there are some very cool ones coming out, a Nokia communicator will be released very soon, and from what Ive heard it will have almost everything including WIFI.

When the new one comes out you can then wait for the next one after that because that will better still.
I would go for it as the replacement wont be out for a while yet and it is still a good phone. The only thing that lets it down is its camera. Dont buy the phone expecting to get an amazing camera phone.

I'm waiting for new pda's with phone abilities to get out on the market using Windows Mobile 5. The XDA IIi and i-jam are two nice pda-phones. Wish they had faster cpu, something like HP Ipaq hx4700 would be nice with phone features.
