syncstation is a cradle where you can place your P900. There is a USB (universial serial bus) cable out of it. You plug it with the usb into a usb slot on your pc. Then you need a syncstation disk with all the drivers for the syncstation. I think you can also just download the drivers from sonyericsson offical page! When you have installed the sync station succsessfully, you can install software throught your computer, bake a backup, update the firmware etc. You want to update your P900, so you just place your phone to the syncstarion and go to the update page and follow the introductions carefully! Hope that helps
