I saw in a website a modification of the p910 menu and icons so it appears like a windows mobile os.
Is there a way to do it really?

yup, its possible on a p800/900 but not on a p910i, I have tried it, and needed to format the interal memory, because the p910 wouldnt't boot, only stopped on the boot screen!

It are icons who are packed in a .sis files!
You need to have installed a language pack before you will install it on a p800 or p900.
I have icon set gnome and icon set XP!
