Alright, I've been stressing out since exams are up in a few days so i decided, why not think about my new home?'

Luckily a new home is being built quite near to the uni.

In the lounge it has an open kitchen and about quarter of the lounge area is glass. (like a huge window in the corner)

Since i'm starting from scratch I want to get my home into a Media Palace.

Now I dont want to say "go all out with suggestions" but the more the better.

I want to make my home macceh wacceh.

Alright this is what I have planned.
I'm going to get a PlasticSmith case for the Mac Mini and hook that up to a plasma screen.

(i haven't decided on a company though, the sony ones that look like they have a glass frame look nice, but if I could get something iPod white that would be cooler)

I've got this monitor that I've bought for the Mac Mini and it would be a waste not to use it.

I want to put it on the kitchen counter top and use it.

Does anyone know if there is such a device that will transmit to the monitor?
That is to say, i can hook it up to the Mac Mini and get it to transmit to the monitor wirelessly in addition to the Plasma screen.

Now for the wireless hub I guess I'm going to get the white netgear.

I want to get one of those digital picture frames that I plug in a memory card. but i want something either white or with a steel frame to give it a PowerPC look.

Anything else anyone can add?

Most are just hopes, i just want to fantasize a bit.

(except the Plasma part and hub are true)

try to add pics as well.

please note that the pics attached are the best I could find (i mean the best looking items)

edit: forgot to add something.
I'll be using a wirelss mac keyboard and mouse in the home as well.

i want this remote control.
Wish it had a white casing though.

edit:
I'm looking for a very cheap old laptop as well.
below 50 pounds.
I want to mod it so if someone has one let me know.

lol thanks for the boost of confidence.

I want the laptop because I want to make my own digital picture frame/media center.

Take the screen off with the usb, put it in a glossy white frame, and voila.

Nobody has any suggestions

not sure why you would put car steroe subs in your home theatre but...

@amnesia.
i dont think there is a device which will transfer video wirelessly but if this frame of yours is going to be on a wall, just run an extra long DVI cable through the wall and into wherever you mac mini will be.
just a simple DVI double adaptor (if you could get one) and you can hook up the plasma and the frame screen.
