well maybe you know or maybe not... it's like people aready hacked the filesystem of PSP.
the filesystem of ngage had been hacked long ago, not much later than when the phones came out. If you hack then you can copy the game and put it on a memorystick and play it on many symbian phones (P9xx, Nokia 6600, 6630 etc.)

No you cant. Emulator for P was not done yet.
