Does anyone know if this MS based smartphone supports 3gp and mp4 video formats and any other video formats it supports. Also what sound files it supports and does it have a wap browser built in with IE? Thanks. This message was posted from a P900

I dunno, but you can watch divx movies with the betaplayer for smartphones.

Update: hey it's a smartphone, so with the right player and the right codecs you can almost play anything.
Betaplayer on my pda plays avi, divx, mp4, wma (although mediaplayer 9 also plays mp4, wma). Divx is best and for best performance with betaplayer you can use Cygwin (google on these subjects)

Yes IE suports also wml, but does not suport html with frames and file upload. And about mp4 i am not user. Betaplayer support 3gp but without sound (maybe newer releases add support for sound). Betaplayer plays avi, mpeg, mp3, wav, ogg, etc This message was posted from a Nokia 7650

it's not a nice phone. but, yes it does play .mp4s with its video player apart from the windows media player. mpegs can be played using a player which i forgot but i do have. oh, movies tend to jump to the next track or freeze when viewed a couple of times.. dont know if its a fw problem. mine was the first version. gud luck
