anyone know where i can download themes via blue tooth from cheers

since bluetooth only has a range of 10m (generally) then you will only be able to download themes using bluetooth from your pc (or a friends pc) or a nearby phone

You should download themes to your computer and then you can send them via bluetooth. Like masseur said, you probably mean something else. I think you are looking for themes to download to your computer. Try the themes section of Esato.
