i tried pressing the master reset to clear my phone memory then after that my phone is on chinese characters, i cant read it, so i tried looking for the language change but i think i pressed the wrong option, now my phone is still on chinese and something is appearing on the screen and im stuck on it. it cant even go to other menu. when i try to flip the keypads the screen would block out.
can someone here help me. plz plz plzzzzzz

Hi, I'm not sure if this would help or not, but you can try reformatting (low level format) you phone. flip close your P910i, rotate jog dial up, press *, rotate jog dial down twice, press *, rotate jog dial down, press *
It should give you a menu, select the 3rd option. In english, it should say: "Are you sure you want to format your internal disk?"
Option 1 is NO
Option 2 is YES
It might take a while to format the whole internal disk. Note that it will erase all data/software/program and return to factory default.
**no guarantee it would solve your problem.

i tried what you said but nothing is happening. if i will not flip open my keypads there options appear
1(inchinese charater)
2In chinese charater) followed by flight mode
3(in chinses character)
if i flip open the keypads the screen will turn black and when i try to close it again the three will appear.
any more idea.
