Hello People, I apologize if this problem was discussed earlier, but I could not find it on the search. I really need some help with this, please!

I have used SEUS before with my K700i and it worked perfectly fine. However, my laptop crashed and I had to format and reinstall everything all over again. I installed the phone monitor SW and everything else on the K700i CD (PC Suite) and the phone monitor works perfectly fine. I decided to try the SEUS and so, I installed the drivers for the DSS-25 and everything went well. However, when I try to use SEUS, I can only go to the screen where I check all the 5 requirements to perform an update. When I click on 'Next', it goes to the next page & nothing happens. It has not asked me to install the PC client s/w and I am stuck right here. I uninstalled and reinstalled all the drivers and the DSS-25, but nothing seems to help.

I contacted SE Customer service and they could not figure it out either.

Guys, please help me with your suggestions.

I'm pretty sure I know exactly what this is as I've seen it many times before. You need to go to http://www.java.com and install the latest version of Java.
