I have got deal for those two, I am thinking which one to get.

I will get the dell ppc with all accsesories (extra styluses, docking station, etc), screen protectors, a foldable keyboard, carrying case, 512mb card.

but with the ipaq, I get all the default things plus a 512mb card.

The Dell ppc is a bit expensiver.

The only thing I see is that the dell has better cpu, 624mhz, but the ipaq has more ram, 128mb.

So what is better? more ram or better cpu?

which one should I go for?

In terms of performance, I suspect that the dell would win hands down, despite having half the RAM of the HP. The only reason you would need more RAM in a PPC is for multitasking, so if you're planning on having tons of apps open all at the same time, I'd go for the HP.

But personally, I'd go with the better processor and better value for money that the dell offers. I've always found dell to produce much more reliable and sturdy kit than HP too.

And the dell has got rave reviews all over the net and in the trade press.

Tat IPAQ uses win mobile 2003 and the dell uses second edition of it. But tat IPAQ has fingerprint security and wifi built in. I've done phd in palmtops !! This message was posted from a T610

@kdskamal doesn't the dell also have inbuilt wifi??
