My new P910i has finaly arrived but Vodafone seem to have locked certain functions :
1. Cant change homepage from Vodafone Live on built ln browser (come on Vodafone thats pathetic and you know it!!)
2. Cant remove or rename certain.I unwanted/unused GPRS accounts.
3. Cant remove certain themes.

Is there any way around these minor anoyances? Bluetooth seems to have more range on the P910i than my P900 is this just my lmagination? so far seems very good phone

You can thank the Voda f/w for that.
Unbranding with generic SE f/w will solve it.

@mikLSP Hi trust Vodafone still I suppose they want to sell there services. I am quite confident with P*** series phones now but never done FW upgrade so a few questions (sorry if these have been done to death allready)
1. Can I do the upgrade myself online?
2. Where do I get the upgrade from?

If I cannot do the upgrade myself where do i get it done Please?
Cheers

That is what suck on branded phones. Operators trying to shove their designs down your throat. They are asking to be debranded.
