> problem with my t65, please help

Hello. I’ve got a t65 and a litte problem. When people call me, my phone rings with sound but when i answer the call I don’t hear them and they don’t hear me. And when i push the button(s) on the side of my phone it says: loudspeaker volume 0/0.
COULD YOU PLEASE HELP ME???

there aren't any.... have seen some T65 with that error, all the servicepoints can do is swap the phone...
has released a fix for that error if it occurs on T68 phones, but no fix is released for T65.
