hi,
my phone began to work improper... first of all, even though i have about 19 unread email messages, the 'mail-with-@' symbol is not shown. just blank. then I cant received sms messages. I have to turn off my phone then turn it back on to received new txt message. Even I can received new messages after I turn it back on, still, there is no mail symbol appeared.
Yesterday I went to sonyericsson, and they suggest to update the firmware. UNEXPECTEDLY they CANT DO THAT and they suggest me to do it myself or bring the phone to unofficial service centre in my city. I was SHOCKED. they gave up fixing my phone??? which is their productt??
does anyone have the same experience with me?
