if you have a fault such as freezing etc.
are the phones on o2? or is it a generic thing?
As maybe its the O2 software?

my f500i always crashes on orange. i just think phones crash because of the buggy firmware and firmware that doesnt support networks properly.

Whenever a network has customized/operator specific fw, there is the possibility of faults/shortcomings just spcific to that network/operator.

i think the unbranded ones will have issues like the branded ones just seems to be the way with modern phones more things in them so more to go wrong and more competition so makers rush them to the market without really testing them look at the n6230 then the k700 straight after both full of bugs

you cant really make a judgement on faults with certain network operators considering o2 is the only one that has released the phone!
Asking people if their phone has a fault and then saying its due to o2 is a bit daft as there is nothing to compare to.
