i have just bought my p910. i have installed several music files ie mp3s. but i can only see only some of them in audio folder. what should i do

Go to the 'Manage Tracks' page within the 'Music' program, then go Edit and Preferences... from there you can check the option to display the different extensions.

That wouldn't account for why some mp3s show & some don't.
Also the mp3 box is permanently ticked.
Have all the files got the correct file extension i.e. ".mp3"
Also make sure you're not simply viewing one folder by selecting 'All'.
Only mp3s show in the initial music player screen. To see others u must go to 'Manage Tracks'.

If nothing works that MikLSP says, then you probably have put the files in the wrong folder....
