Yes. In the p910 you have to set each message individually to get delivery reports. Can be done only in open flip mode.

In a smartfone it should be a must this feature imo. How could se forgot it? I dont think there is a logical answer for this question...

The delivery receipts are treated just like a regular SMS, which is very annoying in this phone, because it's not easy to delete them (unlike my old Siemens).
So, because they didn't made easy to delete receipts, they thought it was better to leave the delivery receipt off by default.

Create a message and before you send, click the second tab to the left down and choose Delivery report: On
