> K750i from o2 on upgrade?

Has anybody received there phone from o2 on upgrade yet? I was able to order it yesterday and was told they had them in stock for upgrades. Called back today and was told my order wasnt on the system. I then callback to make sure the 2nd person put it on correct and the person on the phone says "It's been put on back order we're not sending any k750i's out till friday as its not released till then".
You get different stories from all the o2 advisers really annoying the phone's been out a week and still no sign of it reaching my hands!

i renewed my contract yesterday - got a tracking order off them today and on the dhl site it says they picked it up at 06:10 am - god knows when it'll arrive?!

I think some are truly mental and not just from O2 either.
If you ask some of them a question and they don't know the answer then instead of finding out or just saying they don't have the information, they spin you a right yarn just to save face, sending you on a right wild-goose-chase.

i got mine from o2 online yesterday, ordered on monday night.
It wasnt an upgrade thou, it was a new contract. I think there might be a difference at the moments as some people have pointed out in other threads.

Upgraded to a K750i on Monday afternoon at the O2 shop in Bedford. They had only just got them in but there was no problem upgrading to it and I didn't pay a penny.

Got my upgrade sorted yesterday after lunch, received the phone this morning at 9:30am.
The online tracking thing had said it was sent but I didn't get any email from o2 regarding tracking directly with DHL. I'm not complaining though!

Some people get upgrades, others (like me...) get made to feel like your speaking Swahili when asking about the phone.
What tariff are you on, and which were you. Also did you get charged?
