Hello there, i bought my unit 2 weeks ago or so i think and im not into making too much call when it comes to cellphone that is why i haven't noticed this defect on my phone. It can't call, however, the number you are calling will ring but will not be heard on the earpiece of the k700i. then when the phone will be answered, you will not hear anything at all, as if everything froze. When it comes to incoming calls, it cannot receive either. The earpiece of the phone being used is giving a ringing sound yet the k700i does not show any response at all...
the firmware currently installed is r2ae033. I have tried removing the battery and everything even the master reset thing...but neither of them succeed in resolving the problem...what can i do?
what is the latest firmware being offered in the market nowadays? Philippines in particular. I think it is just a firmware problem because aside from that thing, the phone is perfect...but a phone is not a phone when it cannot make calls...
any suggestions or help will be very much appreciated...thanks!
