Hello all,
Im still using a k700i at the moment and am looking forward to upgrading to the k750i. Does anyone out there who owns the new model know if mp3s can be set as ringtones without problems? My current phone wont allow this as i beliveve the vodafone branding prevents it and my firmware is the original stoneage-type, and upgrading it wont help. Anyway, i just want to know if the 750 will give me the same problem. Also, is it unreasonable to ask for an unbranded phone for my upgrade? I imagine vodafone will just laugh in my face. I could just tell them to poke it and laugh in theirs i suppose. Thanks in advance people....

O yes, most of my ringtones are MP3's even the free ones that you can download from the SE website are MP3 format. (I would not know about the paid ones as I never buy ringtones.)

PS. Leave Vodafpne as soon as your contact is due. They are also more expensive than other carriers.

The only way they will stop ruining phones like this is if no-one buys them so do yourself and everyone else a favour and never buy Voda again
