hi everyone pls help.had to do system recovery on my desktop.after that my ppc not connecting through active sync.says some mobile properties tcp\ip not found or something like that.what to do please help??

what ppc do you own? have you tried installing newest version of active sync, and have you tried reset on the ppc?

i have asus 620.and xp on my desktop.my desktop gives me this message.that tcp\ip not installed pls first install.tried to reinstall active sync also gives the same warning.
