You can´t

I got a reply from Ericsson that says you can´t download animated screensavers - yet (probably never). You can download a still pic as screensaver though.

go to any WAP page and download Picture as/to "Screensaver". This picture will slide from the top to bottom

By the way, you can save Picture as MyAnimation image and then play with settings in Greeting menu. Simple way to change Start Animation
