the phone book on your phone and outlook are setup differently.

eg your phone has 5 fields: mobile, fax, home, other, email.
whereas outlook has 7 fields home 1 & 2, business 1 & 2, fax, email 1 & 2.

The screen does seem to be scratch proof, not a mark on mine as yet .

can i nto set the fields that are mapped across?

everything copies over from outlook except the addresses. yet there is a space for an address on my K750, is it mapped to outlook as a business address?

EDIT: it gets mapped to a bus addy! so lets go copy and paste!

cheers
