Hi
I've just discovered that my K750i will only allow one non preset tone for ALL alerts. I was hoping that whatever ringtone I assigned to an individual, that it would assign it to their messages also. This isn't the case ... does anyone know of a fix for this?

I don't know any phone that yet supports personal message tone for different contacts as standard.

Symbian smartphones such as the SE P-Series do have third party apps which can do this but no such thing currently exists for 'normal' phones such as the K750

Thx mikLSP. My MotoV635 did, but I've got to be honest, if I used a imported tone for all msgs from everyone, and then put certain individuals onto another tone, the V635 'sometimes' used the general tone I chose and sometimes used the individually assigned tone! ... go figure! I suspect a software bug(s), which haven't been sorted to date. I'm actually not sure which way it is meant to fall with my V635 :/
