How can i debrand an F500?if i only debrand it will it be like K500?should i have the possibility to use the SEUS?

You can simply flash it with K500i firmware. If you change the CDA, it should work properly with the SEUS, but only if it currently works. If it doesn't at present, then it won't after unbranding as the SEUS uses an IMEI database.
