> sim locked p800

Hi, can someone help me please... I have a p800 phone that was given to my by my brother when he upgraded. But the lovely people at T-Mobile have locked the phone to the sim and or the network. When I put my Vodafone sim in the phone, a screen comes up saying wrong sim. It has a key pad that comes on the screen where it looks like you can insert a code to unlock it. However I am not having much fun trying to find any codes to unlock it. Is it possible without a cable and software?

Only if you can get T-Mobile to give you the code!
Seriously, it is worth calling them and explaining the situation because they have been known to give out unlocking codes in the past, but to be honest I don't fancy your chances
Far better to take it to a market stall, if you're anywhere near a market that is. Most big-ish markets have a friendly neighbourhood mobile phone geezer who'll unlock your phone for about £10
Failing that, you'll have to buy an appropriate cable and software kit yourself, it's highly unlikely that you could get unlocking codes over the net since the unlocking code will be tied to your specific phone.
