> Z600 Speaker is dying in USA - Help

I think my speaker on the handset has blown, when I listen to people talk, all the voices are raspy and high pitched and very unclear. I called SE and they said that they don't fix this in the US but they could try. I'd have to send it in with $150 and give it a shot. Where is the SE service Center in the US? I think I just need a speaker switched out. I know a new Z600 only costs $130 shipped on ebay.
Anyone have any suggestions? or spare parts? Thanks
