Anybody here using these two together with any success?
My Moto HS850 headset completely refuses to work at all with the phone - it pairs and connects fine but voice is never transferred to the headset and after a delay of about 10 seconds get transferred back to the phone. If you manually try to transfer sound to the headset then the phone produces a connection failed message.
Just wondering if it could be a firmware issue with the HS850 not liking the new bluetooth in the K750i as the HS850 still works fine with both my P910i and K700i. Tested the K750i with my HBH300 and that works fine so it appears to be a funny with the HS850 and K750i together.

Hi,
I got the same issue over the weekend, am hoping that a firmware update to the K750i will fix.
For info, I'm using a UK O2 branded phone, what's yours?
Cheers,
Sahajesh.

Yep same here. Have to say I'm a real convert to the Moto's flip design.
Currently got a Jabra BT800 on the way to me which should do as a replacement until a firmware update arrives to fix the problem with the HS850.
Strange thing is though, I'm sure I remember seeing someone on some forum somewhere saying that they were using an HS850 with a K750i and they didn't mention these problems. Will have to have a dig around to see if I can find the post.

Click on the Support tab on the SE site, you'll then be prompted to type in your phone model name (you can try just the first few characters).
When you see your phone name below, click on that link and you'll be taken to a new page.
When the firmware is available, you should see a link for Sony Ericsson Update Service - voila!
If you have a 'branded' phone, you may find that even though there is an update available, you won't be allowed to install it (something to do with the firmware having to be customised for the specific operator your phone is from).

I also had this problem with the Motorola HS850, as well as the o2blue headset. Have now got a Jabra 250v which seems to work fine with the K750i

So it's just a few headsets that don't play ball then!!
I'm surprised with the HS850 as both and headset are quite new and the 850 works fine with my V800, hence no reason why it shouldn't work with the K750, ah well...

Isn't the K750i fairly unique right now in that it supports Bluetooth V2 (rather than just v1.2), so maybe its something to do with this. In theory it should be backwards compatible with earlier Bluetooth versions, but maybe some headsets seem to have problems with a version 2 device.
