Hi all,
can I run something past you all?
I have paired up my Bluetrek G2 headset to my K750i, and have enabled Voice Dial, recorded my tags etc. When I press the button on the headset the phone asks me to speak after the beep, but the audio is routed through the phone, not the headset. If I am on a call and manually try to transfer the call to the headset I get a 'bluetooth connection error'.
Everything pairs ok, the phone can see the services provided by the headset "headset" and "handsfree",
the headset shows up in 'My handsfree', incoming call is set to "in handsfree", handsfree type is "automatic".
I suspect it's a firmware issue, but can anyone shed any light on this? My build date is 05w20
I have editied this post to make it a more general bluetooth headset problems thread. If you could post which headsets work, and which don't we might get to the bottom of this.
Best regards,
Kerwin.

Hi,
Seen similar issues with this phone and the Motorola HS850 headset - waiting for new firmware from SE.

Hi Sahajesh, thanks for the reply.
Do we have a timescale for the firmware release yet or is it "just when it's ready", or "when we have enough problems to fix" lol.
I have passed my problem onto SE to see what they say,
I will post any feedback I get.
Back to the wired set for now. Ho hum.

I have had exactly the same problem with a Motorola hs850 headset, so I'm selling that. Tried an o2blue headset - same problem, but intermittent - took that back to o2 and bought a Jabra 250v headset - had that 2 days, used it a lot and so far it seems to work fine.

Put simply, I just don't like them! I've got a Motorola HS850 which doesn't work (for now) but it's not a major concern as I've got the HCB-300 in my car (and that unit is highly recommended).
