I guess I'll be buying myself a new phone soon
If it's 3g, it's mine
one more thing, i've heard that the apps made for UIQ 2.x will not work on UIQ 3.0. That means that there will be no apps available in the beggining and once there are, we'll have to buy them all over again.

i really wish that sony ericsson made a p series for the windows 5.0 pocket pc version, that will sure be a killer, bcoz i like the p series design, just not a fan of symbian OS

how can you not like symbian, way WAY more stable than pocket pc. my pocket pc devices do nothing but crash all day long. real pain.

Symbian is more flexible and reliable than windows pocket/mobile.
Anyway it says the next p series will be symbian. Which the majority of smartphone owners will be more than happy with.

without wishing to make this a windows mobile vs symbian debate I disagree.
I never had so many freezes or crashes on my pocketpc's that I had on the p series and the i-mate JAM rarely, if ever, plays up.
also, there is definitly more software available for the windows mobile platform.
I don't have figures but I also wonder the symbian smartphone market share vs windows mobile?
