Hey, everybody!
I'm kinda new here... I searched the forum, but have found nothing about my problem:
I've bought a new R600 from Vodafone here in Hungary, but have a few problems. These are: I usually can't send sms-s, because it says error sending sms - or something like this. I called Vodafone, but they said there is everything ok in there, and the problem is in my phone.
Have you heard a problem like this?
Other:
It restarts itself occasionally. I watched it, and noticed that it restarts itself, after lost the network, and wants to log on again.
Is there a new FW around, that helps these problems?
Other:
Do you know a sw that can edit the phonebook?

there is in fact a 6.00 released... but it was removed quite quickly since it turned out that the software put a different phone lock code than 0000 on the phone. Now the 6.00 version available is said only to be used for Australian phones...
so a new version will probably be released quite soon

1. restarts if keypad is locked and side button is pressed.
2. russian words in status menu absend (only numbers: date etc.)

Hello overyone, I have the same problems with my R600, which I bought yesterday.
Hanging when you select a GPRS Wap profile.
Error when sending a SMS message.
Restarts itself every now and then.
Very slow while opening a new SMS message
Display color changes itself
I have Firmware 5.041

Hello.
I did go back to the store where i bought my R600 and i got a new one, my FW is now 5.044. But most of the problems are still there.
So I went to an Ericsson Service Center with my T65 and R600 for a firmware upgrade. I travelled 110 kilometers, and when i came their computer which connects to SonyEricsson was out of order...
Is there a way to do it yourself?
