The only key 2 successful body building (or rather 2 achieve anything) is "dedication"...! Just try 2 maintain a fixed workout routine of about 45 minutes each day 4 atleast 4 days a week. Thn u cn xpect a healthy body 4 sure! All the best

I m in2 weight training frm the age of 15... Am now 18 and have a presentable physique. Havnt missed evn a single day of gyming frm more thn an year.. Helps in busting stress n also enhances boy functioning...!

I used to do quite intensive sessions of shithing iron a few years ago.
Every 2nd day for 4 years I did my work out.
Started up at 95kg, worked of some fat and went down to 85kg before I slowly worked my way up to 102kg.
I was fairly big and very proud of my body.
Then I got kids and time was never on my side after that.
Neigther was gravity... Everything sort of started sliding down towards the waist and the belly...
I used to ring a six pack to the party, now I bring the barrel.

Yeah, doing it for about 7 mounths... sometimes it gets borring, but when you see the muscles growing... argh, you cant resist. It's time to go to the beach and to show something :)
