Does anyone know when this is released in the UK? and its main differences over the K750i I heard it is a 3G phone - why exactly do we need a 3G phone?

Can anyone answer this question? =/
What does a 3G phone (K600) give me that a non-3G phone (K750) doesn't?

No, you CANNOT make video calls with k750, but you CAN make video calls using k600.

@gov it was for bert. anyway, anyway, its pointless to compare a 3g and a 2g fone according the usage imo

So 3G phones sound pretty pointless then - if all they really do extra is video calls.

Like govigov said: "higher data transfer speed and video calling" and also, one thing that isn't mention so much, better speech quality. From my own experience the quality is significantly higher than in a GSM-phone (I use a Z1010).
For hearing impaired the video calling is what makes a huge difference, now they can talk to eachother through a cell phone, not bad.
Althoug for me the data transfer speed is very important. I don't want to go back to GSM GPRS once I've tried 3G.
But if you only talk and send SMS with your phone, then you don't need 3G, that's correct... However, we will see an increase in services provided only for 3G-phones, so just wait and see. It will probably take a while, though.
