> o2 cancelling contract question

Whats the address if i want to send a lettr to o2 to cancel my contract? or is there an email address i could send something to. I intend on phoning up anyway but my brother had problems cos when he phoned up they never canceled his contract and the month after he had an enormous bill.

im not sure about an address you can send a letter to but you could phone them up and ask them to confirm they are cancelling your contract in writing.
