> Can't Send Game - Locked? (key beside it)

I downloaded a free game to my computer then transfered it to the phone, I was going to send it to a friends phone but there is no option to send it? there is however a key icon beside the game...
Anyone know what this key is... if it's the reason I can;t send the game... can it be unlocked?

You are not allowed to send games from the phone via bluetooth to prevent piracy.
