> best video settings for k750i

Sorry if this has been asked numerous times, but i need to find the best settings for my new k750.
I used to use mpegable for .3gp files, and am fine with that program, but recently, seeking the best possible quality with .mp4 and tried ImToo Mpeg Encoder. This would be great but i just don't know how to use all the settings, and the help guide is useless. If anyone uses this program or similar ones please help give me an idea of what to do.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Ive been using PVauthor 3.0 and the
S700 full screen profile , there are probably better settings around, but I find these look ok on the K750 at normal resolution and in full screen.

mp4 by default, but there is a codec option in the program, my list has only mp4 so it must not include ones installed on the machine, maybe you can download 3gp and other codecs from their website though.
