Worth the upgrade?
My mate offered to buy my S700i for £250, so i'll only have to pay the odd £25.
What you reckon?

You'll miss the big screen but other than that its a decent "upgrade" in my opinion. £250 is a great price too, I'll be selling mine soon and was thinking somewhere in the region of £170 was about right.

We already have an identical thread about this, but:
Definitely. The camera in the K750i is vastly superior, as is the option to have 1GB+ memory.
Especially if you can sell the S700i for £250 - they're only £260 brand new and sim free in some places !

Jobs a goodun then.
I will miss the hige screen of my S700i though. I love the S700i's design too, so sleek whipping it out of your pocket and swinging it around.
Time for a new phone though. Had this for about 6 months now.
One question though. In the file manager under pictures, how many images are scalled on one line? Only 2? This is one thing i strongly dislike...

There is actually the option of having 2 or 3 per line on the K750

and being able to view videos in fullscreen almost makes up for the smaller screen, almost.

Ah, thats a bonus then.
Will a 2GB duo work? I've searched but not able to find a definate answer. SE.com says 1GB. But i've seen people state 1GB+?
So now, its only the screen size which is a put off. I have full screen video on my s700, so that doesnt really impress me. 320x240 is a perfect screen size in my opinion.
Fits in the resolution table nicely (e.g: 160x120, 320x240, 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768) so pictures always fit full screen without it being laptop sized.

I'm sticking with my s700 for now. The cam is a bit better on the k750 but the s7 screen is unbeatable. I'm happy with160 mb total memory too. :-)

Its real fullscreen though, not just full width like S700 (with PVauthor profile).
Comparing both phones side-by-side playing video, the K750 is slightly wider, and about the same height, thats with the K750 horizontal of course.

It's basically a cheap new phone so thats the only reason really. I like this new VideoDJ too. Seems like 10 minutes fun.
I am completely happy with my S700i. One of the nicest fones i've ever had. The screen is the best feature in my opinion.
Would this duo work?

One other phone I was considering was the N90?

I cant fault my S700 either, besides being slightly chunkier than Im used to, but I think in the long run I'll probably sell my S700 and keep the K750 till the new Sxxx (its coming surely) comes out.
N90 looks good, but I hear its heavy and the battery life cant be great with a HDD, oh and its a NOkia
[edit]
I reckon it can take em , but I'd wait till someone else confirms it before laying out that sort of money.
A SanDISK will probably be a fair amount cheaper too.
