By accumulator I assume that means battery?
1- seeing remains of the previous screen is normal, don't worry.
You can reset the phone when it crashes by holding the power button for 10seconds instead of removing the battery.
2- not essential to protect the screen but I always do. Screen protectors are cheap but get a good one such as Brando or SymMobile.
The screen WILL get scratched from lots of writing with the stylus.
3- The black border round the screen is normal.

Ive never used a protector, but everyone to there own, as long as you dont put it in your pocket with keys or loose change it should be ok... most of the marks that look like sctatches tend to be marks left when using the stylus and just wipe off.

i use a protector, that way I dont have to worry about making sure the stylus is clean or my pocket is grit free
I use the G3 from
www.pdascreenprotectors.com
Expensive but they last forever. When installed its just like the actual screen and they can resist wire wool. Or you could get the $0.50 ones that stick on and gather dust and have to be replaced every 4 weeks.

I got a protector from -
http://www.durasec.com/us/produkte.html - very durable. I'd guess a bit like the Martin Fields ones.

if you use the original case that clips onto your belt get some kind of clip like at the end of a dog lead with a keyring attached so you can clip it to the gap in the belt clip & clip to a belt loop as they fall off quite easily as I found out as I got out of my car & it fell off &scuffed the case when it was 5 days old I could of cried
