I dont think u can deactivate the passkey system in the phone, and neither is it recommended for ur own security. However, each time u pair with another BT device, say ur PC's BT, u can enter a different passkey.

can't change it, it's factory default 0000, for all BT devices, passcode of computer BT device can be changed tough..

I always use different numbers and as long as you use the same number on the paired devices it will work.

no it's not!
It is anything you enter for each pairing as long as it is entered on both devices. It is to make sure there is consent of both users to make the pairing.
Once paired always paired unless one of the two owners deletes the other device from its list of paired devices. Then you have to pair again.

There is not 'one' passcode within a phone. There's one for each pairing and you can choose it.
