> PC problem help please

im having sum problems with my pc,
basicly last night i was looking at my desktop and decided to clean it up, so i unistaled and deleted a few things,
now this morning norton antivirus wasnt working so i uninstaled that and now i cant reinstal it
my web cam has stoped working, i tried 2 reinstal it but i get a massage saying
'the windows instaler service could not be accessed. this can acure if you are running ur pc in safe mode or if windows installer is not instaled'
also my pc is running reallly slowly.

Assuming that you're running XP or 2000, that is. If you're running 98 or me, type 'windows installer' into the search box on
www.microsoft.com.
Although personally, I think you're looking at a reinstall too, it doesn't sound good

thanks a lot, ya im running xp, now how do u go about reistalling windows, iv only done it once and i lost everthing but this time i want to restore it to as you said the last lafest place which would be just before i deleted all thos things right?

another thing i just noticed is that when i click on a link to another web page, like i tired just a min ego to go to
www.microsoft.com it does nothing, i need 2 type it into the web adress box.
y oh y did i stat playing around with my pc
