"Theatre of dreams" always seems to me like a strange moniker for old trafford...How many European finals has it hosted? Theres no atmosphere, its all suits eating cucumber sandwiches. A theatre of dreams is somewhere like the Maracana stadium, or Wembley, or Hampden, or the San Siro, somewhere with a rich, deep history, where hugely significant trophies have been won and lost, where the walls drip atmosphere, passion, and history. For me, Old Trafford doesnt do that.
