I know that the usual contract can only be gotton out of by paying the remaining months line rental. However Tmobile have just sent a huge bill of 90quid, (my usual is 25/30) and this is due to dial a phone charging a second line for a contract i took out with them (on top of my first one) which I cancelled after a few days ...

basically, can i use this argument (that I have been treated unfairly, have had numerous days wasted, and bank charges incurred, that wernt mine) to get out of my contract?

There must be a clause or something that entitles you to be let out of a contract, if you are 'abused'...

any ideas? will yelling at tmobile help? Im willing ot send my p910i back if needs be ...

Not a chance. Take it up with Dial-A-Phone.

dial a phone are the people your contract is with.

the mobile operator is just that, billing is a seperate company usually like Vodafone themselves dont do contracts, thats vodadone connect or corporate, they all act like totally different companies.

Yes they made a mistake but will proberbly just tell you to naff off and thats it.
