You may require an 02 simcard with the 07843 prefix. This has been discussed on another forum elsewhere.
The service centre number is apparently available on google.
Try the esato search, as well as the mobile phone accessories market forums.
EBay also has quite a few of these for sale...

hi, ive got an 07871 numba n i didnt have to top up 2 start using them... i havnt used many though as im using my k700i as dont want many people to have my new number... they work though... try setting up your 10% reward first, txt reward to 50202... so you will have it ready anyway and it might actually activate your free 300 txts, leigh... p.s. please visit my "virgin sims" forum and see if you can help me. leigh
