what is a good setting that will have smooth video playback (can be any fps just smooth not choppy or pausing. and descent audio quality (doesnt need to be that good, just 2ch output)

and what program to compress em for p900/p910 resolution size.
i download videos from limewire and movies from torrents approx 700mb each.

Yeh i think .mp4 are the best formats for P910... and try using the setting given by chemos. They work perfectly.
