> My Pictures vs Image Editor

Before I go ahead and download them....
can anybody please tell me what the My Pictures and Image Editor software (available for download from the SE site) are for? Are they the same? Do they do the same things?
I know from the screenshots that Image Editor allows formatting of a graphic so that it fits on the T68i screen, but doesn't My Pictures do that as well?

mypicture does not size up the pic .. it just act like a album to upload your pic .. screensaver .. theme .. imel .. and stuff .. but the editor only upload pic.. edit the pic resize it tone the lighting .. and stuff like tht .. go and dl both ... it is not very big ....a file is it ..
