Hello,
Can someone help me? I have been looking through the posts and haven't found anything to fix my problem.
My problem is that my brand new P910a that I got yesterday has frozen. I was updating it with T-mobile auto setup messages and after installing them I reset the phone and it won't open past the introduction menu where it opens up and then shows the sony ericson logo then it freezes. I have tried removing the battery, the sim card, pushing buttons, connecting it to my computer (but can't get it to connect).
Has anyone had this problem? If so how do I fix it. I contacted Sony and they said to install the latest update service but, I can't exactly do that if I can't turn the phone on and get the CDA number and I also cannot connect it to my pc??
PLEASE HELP???
