No disrespect but I think that "Newb" is rather hoping for the "an ostrich swallowed mine but it still works okay" type of story!

Probably but I never let phones come to harm so thought I'd post to that effect (tongue in cheek kind of thing )

Mine went down a flight of stairs last night, battery flew out half way down and I was horrified. Luckily, it went back together and started up ok and, amazingly, there's not a single mark on it! Battery cover is a bit loose now though but I can live with that

That's the end of his P910's screen!

You can buy replacement screens you know, cheaper then a whole new phone

its pretty bad, cant really tell from a little way away, but it annoys me that im usually good at taking care of things and now my phones scarred ...

haha, bouncy castle...

seriously though, my P910 took a wicked spill when the dashboard of my Volvo collapsed. It flew out and then under my seat. I felt around a little and couldn't find it. When I pulled over to fix the dashboard, I opened the door and *SLAM* P910 smacked down on the pavement and rolled around a little.

I wanted to cry. Several months later I replaced the casing and I've been happy ever since. I fixed up the busted housing (using my model airplane skills) and painted it.
