I'm trying to unlock my sisters 6100, it is locked to Virgin mobile UK. I tried unlocking it using a dct4 unlock program that I've used successfully in the past, but the codes it generates are no use. Can this phone only be unlocked by cable? Any info would be much appreciated. Cheers.

Just do a search on google, there are loads of sites that can supply codes for about £2.95

Have you tried inputting the unlock code more than 5 times mate ? if you have then the only unlock solution is via cable in a shop that unlocks phones.

Hi im new and this is my 1st post!
I used to own a nokia 6100 and I sucessfully unlocked it here:

Go to (marke) which means make and follow the instructions from there (model, land, operator and imei). Dont forget to tick the box over from the word Skicka and then click Generera kod (Generate Code). It will then generate you a code then enter the 1st one. if it doesnt work try the last one.

Thanks I'll try that tommorrow, I have unlocked 6100's before from orange and tmobile with no problems, thought maybe virgin locked their handsets differently. Cheers.
