Hi all, how, or which proram can i use, to raise mp3's volume? I am using an mp3 ringtone that i recorded from a film, but the volume is low...

you need compression software for your pc, steinbergs loudness maximizer (if u use nero the plug in will work with the waveditor program) is great as is soundforge. purchased for free via limewire lol!

U may take a look at MP3-DirectCut (Freeware).
Allows normalizing and editing/cutting without de- and recompressing (no quality lost)
For changing all MP3s to the same level, mp3gain surely rocks. For single, quick editing+normalizing:
