Hi,
I borrowed my friends Sync Station the one that comes with the P-800, Unfortunately I'm not being able to connect my phone to my PC..I can install the cable..but not make it work...! Any Help Guys...!

make sure your phone is not in standby mode or screen saver mode.
reinstall the driver for the device

and dont forget to install the communication suit too
